Zero Tolerance vs Zero Occurrence: Facebook is confused

Brian Stelter interviews Facebook VP of public affairs and communications Nick Clegg about the “stop hate for profit” ad boycott against Facebook and the company’s announced rule changes. Clegg says “we have absolutely no incentive to tolerate hate speech” but “zero tolerance doesn’t mean zero occurrence and that’s where we need to constantly improve.”
